4 Silver Street is an attractively furnished three bedroomed, recently modernised cottage in a prime location on St Mary's. Close to the main amenities including shops and an excellent choice of restaurants. Just seconds from the beaches of Porthcressa, and the main Harbour of St Mary's.

Electric storage heaters are provided for out of season visitors (the meter takes £1 coins).
Sheets and towels are provided, but please bring beach towels.
The cottage will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that you please vacate by 10am on your departure day.
This is a no-smoking property and sorry, no pets permitted.

A deposit of £100 is payable to confirm your booking and the balance is due two weeks before arrival.
If a reservation has to be cancelled for any reason and the vacant period cannot be re-let, the full amount will be payable. Cheques to be made payable to J. E. Welch.
