FURTHER INFORMATION

The hotel is centrally heated throughout. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, radio, hairdryer and telephone. Guests are respectfully reminded that the Hotel is now completely NO SMOKING. After Dinner Coffee is provided free of charge. Rooms are usually available from midday on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Children under twelve years of age occupying an extra bed in their parents room: £35 per day; otherwise children are charged at the full rate. Cots and baby-listening devices are available.  Children's high teas are served on request.
Infants under three years of age: £20.00 per day. Dogs at management's discretion: £17.50 per day.

The proprietors cannot be responsible for loss or damage to visitor's valuables unless they are handed in to the reception office and a receipt obtained.

No allowance will be made for any absence from the Hotel or any meals not taken.

DEPOSIT: a deposit of £75.00 per person is requested to confirm reservations.  RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE SUBJECT TO THE ROOMS BEING AVAILABLE ON RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT.  Deposits are not returnable if bookings are cancelled.  A charge will be made in the case of guests departing a day early or arriving a day late through transport difficulties to and from the Islands.

The hotel will make all reasonable efforts to re-let cancelled accommodation, but if this fails guests are respectfully reminded that they are liable for up to two-thirds of the total cost of cancelled accommodation if the room(s) are not re-let. We recommend that you are adequately insured against possible cancellation or delay.

Settlement of accounts: We are happy to accept cheques.  Payment may also be made by Visa or Access credit cards
