overlooking Littleporth and Porthcressa beaches across to Peninnis
Lighthouse. Facing South, Beaches was completely re-built in 2000.
3 double bedrooms, each en-suite (one on the ground floor).
Full oilfired central heating and radiators in all rooms make it
a very warm and comfortable house, ideal for early and late season,
or for a break over Christmas and New Year.
Quiet, yet very central position, with shops, restaurants and the
harbour less than 5 mins walk.
Large lounge / diner, 29' x 12'6" with patio doors into the
26' x 7'6" South facing conservatory, which opens out on to
decking with table and chairs and sun umbrella.
Kitchen is fully equipped - double oven, dishwasher, microwave,
fridge freezer - a laundry room with miele washing machine and dryer
leads off. Central heating and electricity included in tariff.
Each
bedroom has TV & DVD player and has ensuite shower or bath.
Each bedroom has two 3' x 6'3 beds, which can be made up as doubles
or singles, as required. The lounge also has TV, DVD and video player,
CD player and radio.
All
bed linen and towels are included (except for cot and beach towels)
and are changed twice weekly.
Bookings
- Monday to Monday.
Beaches has only just become available and is awaiting the English
Tourist Board inspection and rating (expected 5 stars).
