Our home is a modern dwelling situated 50 yards from Old Town beach and close to the Lower Moors nature trail. We enjoy views of Peninnis Head from the guest lounge/dining room,and guests can relax in our front garden and on our patio.

We offer ground floor bed and breakfast accommodation all the year round. All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers, with electric heating for the cooler months. Our guests can enjoy their own comfortable lounge/dining room with colour T.V. We are a non smoking establishment.

We are located in the quiet hamlet of Old Town which is steeped in history having once served the island as its main port. Old Town is an ideal location for those seeking peace and tranquillity away from the bustle of Hugh Town. Visitors are able to enjoy two cafés and a pub together with a selection of studios displaying local arts and crafts.

We are able to provide first hand local knowledge as Alfred is an islander born and bred and a well known local boatman of high repute, being the skipper of the glass bottom boat Sea Quest, operating out of St.Mary’s daily.
