Freesia is a family run guest house situated in the centre of Hugh Town, within easy walking distance of the quay, shops, restaurants and beaches.

All our bedrooms are en-suite and designed to a very high standard. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers, fridge, colour TV and radio are all included.

A full English breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.15am. On request early breakfast can be provided on the day of your departure. Alternative dietary requirements can be catered for by prior arrangement.

Champagne and flowers available in your bedroom on arrival, at your request (minimum 3 days notice).

Beach towels or wet weather clothing is supplied courtesy of Freesia.

Every effort will be made to have rooms ready for occupancy by 12.00 noon on day of arrival.

Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10.00am on the day of departure. All baggage may be left with us until you leave the islands. For guests travelling back by boat, we can arrange collection of baggage to be delivered to the quay for a small charge.

Double en-suite room - £38.00
Twin en-suite room - £38.00
Single occupancy in twin/double room - £62.00

All rates are quoted per person per night for Bed & Breakfast, based on 2 people sharing.

BOOKINGS
No booking with be held for longer than 7 days without a deposit. A deposit of £40.00 per person is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION
Every reasonable effort will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation but if this fails guests are respectfully reminded that they are liable for two thirds of the total cost. We recommend that you are adequately insured against possible canellation or delay. You will find an insurance application form enclosed with confirmation of booking.
