Grinlinton Farm House is a granite built house situated at Higher Town, less than five minutes walk from the quay, the Turks Head pub, the shop and the beach. A peaceful unspoilt location with panoramic views of the Atlantic, the Cove and Wingletang. Directly opposite is a large garden established by the proprietor boasting seasonal displays of colourful plants including Echium and Agapanthus

Fully furnished with cottage-style furniture and soft furnishings in keeping with the overall character, the accommodation comprises a kitchen/diner, lounge, shower and toilet/washroom on the ground floor. Double and twin bedrooms on the first floor suitable for four people. Facilities include electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour television, radio, hairdryer, electric heater and electric blankets. Bed linen, duvets and tea towels are provided, and beds will be made ready for your arrival. Hand and bath towels can be provided upon request for a small additional charge (beach towels are not provided). A selection of books and puzzles are provided for your use whilst on holiday.

Guests have use of their own front and back doors and a secluded garden with magnificent views. Garden table, chairs and deckchairs are provided.

Send your grocery order in advance and we will ensure that it is delivered by St Agnes Post Office Stores for your arrival. Troytown Farm can deliver fresh milk and other dairy produce daily.

Electricity is not included in the rent - meters taking £1 coins are provided.
This is a non-smoking establishment.
Children are welcome.
Dogs are welcome but are not allowed upstairs.
We can arrange for you to be met off the boat and to have your luggage transported to your accommodation for a small additional charge.
