'Jus Limin' is a 4 bedroom house ideally situated on the outskirts of Hugh Town, and a stones throw from two of the main beaches.

It offers stunning views of the main harbour and you can watch the sun go down over Samson from its two lounges, one situated on the ground floor (ideal for children) and the other on the 1st floor (best kept for the adults!!). There are comfortable sofas, and dining areas in both lounges and T.V. with sky and a D.V.D player in the upstairs lounge. Wireless internet access is available at the property for no additional charge.

The house will comfortably accommodate 7 persons, with two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and a sink, the other with a king size bed and en suite shower room with sink), a single bedroom and a bunk room.

All the bedrooms have clock radios, ample storage space, heaters and there is a hair-dryer. All the linen and towels are provided for the week, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

There is a very well equipped kitchen with a large American style fridge/freezer, eye-level cooker, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen and downstairs living room are connected by double doors and make for comfortable open-plan living. There is also access to a small garden with table and chairs and a gas B-B-Q. There is a W.C. on the ground floor with sink and a full bathroom upstairs with bath and electric shower.

Electricity is included in the weekly rental.

We are a non-smoking property.

The house is rented from Thursday to Thursday and is available from 3p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10a.m. on the day of departure.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservation.

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If a reservation has to be cancelled the deposit is non refundable and the balance will only be refunded if the house can be re-let for the whole period.
