Other facilities include TV, DVD player, CD player, clock radios and a hairdryer. Wireless internet access is available at the property for no additional charge.

All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are included in the rental

Electricity is included in the weekly rental.

The house is rented from Wednesday to Wednesday and is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservation.

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If a reservation has to be cancelled the deposit is non refundable and the balance will only be refunded if the house can be re-let for the whole period.
