Lunnon Cottage is about 150 yards from the farmhouse, and is a semi-detached traditional granite farm cottage, facing south.

Downstairs are kitchen, sitting room and dining room with stairs giving access to two separate bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds). The bathroom, which has a toilet and small bath with instant shower over, is on the ground floor.

There are small gardens at the front, side and rear.
