"Quillet", named after one of the fields on the farm (and the Cornish name for a small field), is attached to "Medlar"

The whole of the upstairs is a studio-style room, open to the kitchen below, and contains one double bed. Downstairs are a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with toilet, and a lounge with kitchen and dining area.
