Tariff

Prices range from £450 to £920 per week, depending on which unit (Lunnon cottage, Quillet or Medlar) and time of year.

We currently have availability in all units from 8th September 2012.

Booking Conditions

Payment of a deposit secures a firm booking subject to availability. The balance is due on the day of arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be forfeit. If we cannot re-let the accommodation the balance outstanding will be due.

Therefore, we advise you to obtain holiday insurance, at least covering cancellation for any reason and transport delays. Forms will be sent to you on confirmation of booking.

If unforseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling our letting obligations, we reserve the right to cancel or change your holiday; we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements, or refund your money, when our liability will cease.

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained during your holiday in Scilly.

General Information

• Electricity is obtained through a coin meter.
• Linen and towels are available (not beach towels).
• Milk can be delivered during the week.
• Because of the rural location, you may find a torch useful.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets.

Each unit holds a three star rating from the English Tourism Council.

The accommodation is available from 1.30pm on the day of your arrival, and should be vacated by 9.30am on the day of your departure. Your co-operation in this would be much appreciated.
