The holiday accommodation is a typical Scillonian 18th Century, granite cottage. It is comfortable and very well equipped for up to five people.

The cottage has one double, one twin and one single bedroom, all with superb sea views. The double room faces south while the twin and single rooms both have views of St Martins and the Eastern Isles.

The accommodation also comprises:

• a large sunny landing with sea view
• a shower room with wash basin, WC and heated towel rail which remains on at all times to keep the towels and the room warm and dry
• a spacious lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling, half panelled stone walls, window seats, granite fireplace, colour TV, DVD recorder and radio/CD player
• a newly refurbished kitchen (2011) with fitted cupboards, breakfast table, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing equipment etc.
• a very large conservatory with comfortable seating, tables and chairs.

Mount Todden is located on the eastern side of St Mary's in a peaceful, rural position.The cottage is adjacent to the farm house and along a private lane.

Mount Todden is a mixed farm. We grow narcissus flowers in the winter and vegetables in the summer. We have a small herd of Jersey cattle which we keep to graze the fields and in the garden behind the cottage we have ducks and chickens (which can be noisy at times).

The farm is situated close to the secluded Pelistry Bay with its sandy beaches and Toll's Island, approximately 2 miles from Hugh Town. A bus runs regularly in the summer and taxis are readily available which make shopping and boating from the quay in town easily accessible.
