General information:

All of our properties are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. We supply bed linen and towels for each property, however beach towels are not provided. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine in each house as well as a dishwasher and microwave.

The rear access of all three properties enjoys a peaceful haven complete with fish pond.

We welcome children of all ages and provide cots and high chairs (cot linen is not supplied). Smoking is strictly prohibited and we do not allow pets to join you on your holiday.

We welcome guests all year round. The houses are centrally heated with additional electric heaters for out of season guests. No 1 Porthcressa has electricity included in the price, No 2 Porthcressa and No 12 Silver Street have £1 coin electricity meters located under the stairs

We are tourist board inspected and belong to Island Tourism.

Rates for 2012 range from £606 per week (low season) to £1,220 (high season).
