No2 Silver Street
   

Following an extensive refurbishment in 2008, No2 Silver Street is presented to a very high standard of decor and facilities, and sleeps up to 8 people. The ground floor of the house consists of a large living area, a well appointed kitchen/dining room and w/c, an adjoining annex and a courtyard at the rear.

The house and annex cannot be let separately. The sleeping accommodation in the main house comprises of one double bedroom with a sheltered southerly facing balcony. The king sized bed is zip and link, which if required may be made up as two single beds. There is a further twin bedded room and a bedroom with full sized bunk beds. The annex offers a double bed with ensuite shower and w.c.

There is a family bathroom on the first floor of the main house incorporating a separate shower, bath and w.c. The main kitchen and dining area for the property is in the house, but the annex offers its own small seating area and kitchen if required.

All bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made prior to arrival.The heating is a zoned electric system and electricity is included within the tariff.

 


Facilities include electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, television, video and DVD player, hi-fi system with CD player.

If you are staying for two weeks or longer an ‘in-clean’ of one hour and a change of linen is included in the tariff.
