Serica is situated on The Parade above and behind Sports Mode with uninterrupted views across the park with the Garrison, Tamarisk and Star Castle in the background.

The flat has two double bedded rooms and two single bedded rooms; one single and one double have hand washbasins in the rooms. These rooms are all on the first floor together with a bathroom with electric shower over the bath and low level WC, and lounge with the views mentioned above.

On the ground floor there is a large well equipped kitchen and dining room. Other facilities include colour TV with CD player, dishwasher, split level cooker, washing machine with tumble drier, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. All bed linen, towels (including beach towels) and towelling dressing gowns are provided.

For those warm evenings there is a large enclosed patio with flower tubs and garden furniture where you can enjoy alfresco meals. A barbeque is available.

All electric and heating (storage and convection) costs are included in the rental. We do not take pets and have adopted a strict no smoking policy. New for 2011, wi-fi broadband internet access is available.

Toweling slippers are provided to help maintain the cleanliness of carpets and furnishings or you may wish to pack your own suitable slippers or soft shoes for indoor wear.

Serica is within easy walking distance from the Quay from where boats depart daily to the Off Islands

Bookings are taken Wednesday to Wednesday.
