Please note the following points:

1. Thursday to Thursday bookings.
2. No pets are allowed (sorry).
3. The flat is fully equipped except for Bath Towels, Beach Towels, Cot and Highchair which must be provided by tenants. These are available to hire, please contact Mrs Simon for details.
4. The flat is all electric by £1 slot meter.
5. Time of arrival on the first day should not be prior to 1pm.
6. Time of departure - please vacate by 10am.
7. Deposits are payable upon booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday. In the event of you cancelling, we shall make every effort to re-let your week(s). It is usual nowadays for you to be responsible for the full rental and we reccommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover your rental (and other losses). Forms are available from Mrs Simon.
8. A notice board in the flat provides much useful information but if you have any queries before your holiday please call.
