Building on the success of Art Scilly Week 2011, the 2012 festival will be held between 12th and 19th May (the week following the Gig Championships celebrations, as last year).

Exhibitions of work, open studios and many classes which are unavailable at other times of the year, will be on offer again for this week long experience. Even more artists and craftspeople will be giving tuition than in 2011.

If you are the sort of person who would love to be involved, learn new skills in bookbinding, fused glass, pottery, jewellery, enamelling, painting or sketching, this is the week you should be thinking about visiting the islands.
