Innisidgen area - generally poor, shallow water. Possibility of finding mullet shoals along here. Access = fair walk Watermill cove - shallow, sandy bay. Few flatties, mullet, small wrasse and pollack. Access = moderate walk Gap point and Darritys hole - top huss mark, also big pollack and conger, wrasse and rockling. Access = Gap point - hard, Darritys hole - easy Tolls island - accessible over low water. Big wrasse mark, also pollack, mackerel etc. Access = tricky Porthellick point - big conger mark, very rough ground. Good pollack and huss potential. Access = hard Deep point - Deep water, clean ground at distance for several species. Rough close in. Access = tricky Giants castle -  decent conger, huss, pollack, wrasse, mackerel and doggies. Access = moderate to tricky Porthellick beach - lots of small mullet, some decent wrasse. Very shallow flood tide mark. Access = moderate walk Blue carn - most rock species available, shallow water. Also mackerel etc. Access = moderate walk Tolman point - good mark for spinning, pollack and mackerel. Wrasse and conger present. Access = quite easy Inner Peninnis - mid depth for wrasse, pollack, conger, huss, rockling, mackerel and garfish. Access = quite easy Inner and Outer heads - deep water mark for many species. Access = Outer head - tricky, Inner head - hard Porthcressa - shallow but holds mullet shoals and small wrasse. Access = easy Pulpit rocks - mid depth for wrasse, pollack, conger, huss, mackerel and garfish. Access = quite easy Quay - shallow and clear, can be busy but try for wrasse, pollack and plaice. Access = easy The Garrison - Shallow water, try for wrasse, spin for pollack and mackerel. Access = mostly easy Use a chart and you may uncover some good tope and ray ground. Porgies have been caught here in the past Head West for shark grounds, also good ling and pollack, occasional decent cod Offshore for blue shark Inshore reefs for good pollacking Fish Westerly points for good wrasse and pollack Southerly end is worth fishing as it is deeper. Side facing St Marys gives good pollack Clean ground, deep water, many species Good area for drifting reefs for pollack Crow sound - clean ground for flatties, codling, gurnard, whiting etc. Possibility of tope and ray Fairly shallow mix of ledge and clean ground giving associated species Shallow water generally offers pollack, mullet often seen in bays Good area for drifting - mixed ground, not for the unwary Rough ground marks giving usual species if you can get dropped off here - watch the seals! Clean ground deep water species - drift from here for shark Pick rock marks around daymark or White island and fish for pollack, wrasse, conger, huss, mackerel Fish at Northern end into deep water. Spinning gives good pollack here Fish Northern end for big pollack and good wrasse. Plenty of other species available from deep water Pollack, coalies, conger, huss, ling on reefs close inshore. Blue shark further out, good porgie territory
