Porthmellon Flat is a self contained, ground floor flat. It is situated just twenty metres from Porthmellon Beach, where there is a watersports centre. It is suitable for either four or six, as there is the option of renting a third, inter-communicating bedroom. It has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard. The work included a new kitchen and an ensuite bath and shower room. It is well furnished and comprehensively equipped, including a tv and dvd player, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. There are also a selection of games and plenty of books. The flat has some views over Porthmellon Beach. At the front of the flat there is a decking area, with a picnic table and barbecue area (for disposable BBQs). The flat is heated during the colder months of the year by night storage heaters. The remainder of the property consists of the owner's holiday house-see plan. 			How to Get to the Property If you arrive by plane or helicopter, public transport runs from the airport, and if you tell the driver the address, he will drop you off at the property. If you travel by boat, Porthmellon Flat is approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk from the quay (your luggage will be delivered separately). Turn left on leaving the quay and keep walking through the main street, out of town and past the boats in the harbour. Go up and over the hill, past the dairy and the school both on the right, then turn right into the lane at the bottom of the hill, just opposite to the entrance to the beach. Porthmellon Hall is the first property in the lane, with a large wooden gate. The flat is on the ground floor, at the front of the property.
